为弥补3月25日网络中断，Fizz将于4月9日送礼: "April 9, 2019, 2 GB of mobile data per plan in the form of two perks of 1 GB each. "

(PERKS need to be activated within 90 days, else lost them all. Once (whenever) activated, can use data within 30 days, if not finish using, no rollover.

我用了4个多月了，总体上说，性价比超高，但就数据能够roll over来说，无人可比，再加上数据还可转赠，就更有优势了。虽然断过几次网，但我相信这是初期暂时的，会逐步完善的。不过，没赶上4月12日之前优惠价的，可以持币观望，待7月份之后再伺机入网不迟。

另外，我和他们的客服有过几次接触，感觉还不错，无论是即时chat还是ticket，他们的服务都很快，问题都解决了。楼主的有可能期望太高，也或遇到的服务人员是新到的菜鸟。

During order the SIM card, the first one was not delivered, they asked me to order the second one, I did. I never received, and they said I should keep ordering until I get one , they can refund me the undeceived ones. This is ridiculous.

我订了SIM card，第一个没收到，他们让我再订一个，开通后退款。我订的第二个也没有收到。他们说只有开通后才能退款。不想用都不行了。

我订了SIM card，第一个没收到，他们让我再订一个，开通后退款。我订的第二个也没有收到。他们说只有开通后才能退款。不想用都不行了。
