我有一朋友开杂货店,因卖烟丝被Revenue Quebec查到.不知后果如何?肯请有相同经历的朋友指奌一二,谢谢.

什么样的烟丝，我看这里挺多那种散装的烟丝，一桶一桶的，或是一包一包的，难道只许专门慢烟草的那种杂货店卖，别人不许卖？可是我看邮的超市里也有呀？？？

It depends on how many packages of cigar were found in the depanneur. If the number was not big, the owner of the depanneur may get a bill of a few grands later on. Otherwise, it is serious. But I guess in a depanneur, the owner would not keep too many packages of cigar in store.

Do you know both tobacco and alcohol need license (permit) to sell? Same as in America

only alcol need permit here. No one can forbid you to sell cigarette and tabacco. For this case, wait for the fine, the amount depends on how much were found. It may take several years to know the result.
