Seeking a highly talented Senior Software Engineer who will be Involved in all aspects of software development,
including technical designs, implementation, functional analysis, and release.
Responsibilities:
Software development for complex projects using Java technologies
Prototyping
Development and configuration
Unit and system testing
Software Maintenance
Technical Documentation
Requirements:
Over 4 years of professional industry programming experience.
Working experience with Java technologies
Experience developing software in a Unix environment.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field, advanced degree preferred.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team; ability to work with minimum supervision, self driven.
Excellent attention to detail; methodical meticulous nature.
Ability to identify and resolve process issues.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with other departments.
Ability to write clear, concise, correct technical material.
Desirable Skills:
Familiar with current and emerging technologies that can be integrated and applied to sponsor problems.
Understand technology capabilities (including performance) and limitations.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, software development and work management skills is a plus.
