I went to a supermarket and bought some apples. The price of the apple is $1.79/1kg and the weight is 0.525kg, but the salesgirl gave me a wrong price, $2.18/1kg. I argued with her and another salesgirl told her it should be $1.79. Then she gave me the difference, but her attitude is very bad and even doesnt want to give me the reciept.

Actually I dont care the money. What I care is her service and attitude. So could you tell me how to complain such a case in Montreal and how do you think about it?

It is Mourelatos supermarket in downtown. Chinese people like to call it Big M shop. I called the telephone number on the reciept, but a salesgirl replied it. Do you think it is a big shop?
