"Unlike other western people, he is kind of conversative..." - why are you trying to pin down the western people in general? Some western people are very nice like my neighbour.  

I know a Chinese girl who sleeps with different white men several times a week.  Again, you put up a picture that every Chinese girl is an angel.

In my humble optioin, in every race, every nation, there are nice people (like most of the Chinese and western people, men and women for example) and there are skillful players.... let life unfold itself.

A decent job in a big company proves what?  Nortel was one of the biggist companies in Canada but it almost went bankrupt.  My neighbour repairs cars in his garage over 20 years and this is a small company of 3 people.. stability is not the equivalance of big company ego.

How conservative is he? a virgin boy?

Did I say western people were no good? Read myself post carefully. Warning is a warning. And this warning is a kind of alarm, which is good enough to make people think over and over before they consider taking into action.

Did I ever talk about the jobs here? Do you think samples you listed can be the proof to support your initial post? I can tell you this does not work.
