when i want to cancel it, the service is stop but they continue to charge money from my credit card. also for their billing department , there is no phone service , write email they don't answer. even worse than bell
Using me as example. when you cancel acanac , remember to change your credit card number in order to prevent them from continue charging. I cancelled my service but my money is still charged . now I have to call credit card company to fight them, for me , this company is typical misleading and cheating customers.

说句公道话,用ACANAC第二年了,感觉挺好的,第一年价格很便宜,一年才200多块。第二年每月大约34块,价格和市场上大多数一样。而且没有流量限制,速度基本保持在4Mb-5Mb,适合经常看网络电视和BT下载的人用。MODEM是很一般,但还算稳定,也不需要设置什么,接上就可以用。之前用过BELL和VIF的网络,BELL是最差的,技术支持水平很差,费用高,还有流量限制。VIF也还可以,技术支持还可以,小公司,不限流量,价格适中,也算是一个选择。建议很多关于费用方面而发牢骚的朋友,最好能仔细阅读一下当时签署的协议,很多情况都写的很清楚。到哪里都是按照合同办事的。
如果想搞个路由器,一般的路由器配合附带的MODEM就可以,或者可以买个路由和猫一体的,省出一个电源插孔。
还有就是,要知道ADSL的质量受很多因素影响,同一家公司,不同的地区,线路质量会不一样,包括你家到局端的距离,线路情况等等。
