Description :

At the Parc Aquarium du Québec, now an establishment of the S&EacuteAQ network, immerse yourself into the fabulous and captivating ecosystems of the St. Lawrence River and Canadian waters up to the North Pole. Come to the only aquarium in the province and discover more than 10,000 specimens ! Walk beneath 350,000 litres of water and explore the North Pacific Ocean. Also enjoy the entertaining feeding times and meet our animal keepers. In the outdoor park, observe marine mammals from 3 oceans, such as polar bears, different seal species, an Atlantic walrus, and our two new residents, Boris and Samka, the Pacific walruses. At the restaurant La Grande Ourse, breakfast, box lunch and hot meal are available for groups. Discover our brand new evening activity for school groups.

Geographical location :

Parc Aquarium is located beside the bridges at the entrance to the west side of Québec City, just 15 minutes from downtown Québec City. The site is accessible by the Highway Henri-IV (573), and the Avenue des Hôtels exit (132).

Operating period :

Year-round (except December 25). January 2007 to April 2007 : 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 2007 to September 2007 : 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 2007 : 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
