Just got my CSQ in Montreal, can I pay less tuition fees like immigration?

I just pass my interview here in montreal! Can I pay the tuition fees as immigrations by CSQ? Please help me!!!!!Urgent! ( I am studying in Vanier College)

But I heard that we have the chance to get that! Such as while you are waiting for the immigration paper in Quebec, and we can have the same treatment as the immigration do, no? cuz now, I pay 4000$, but if I can reduce it by CSQ, it will be 147$ only! :p
