I am going to study at concordia.univ at Fall term, is it easy to find apartment around school at August 1.

In downtown area around Concordia Uni., it is not easy to find favorite apartment to rent. With more and more Chinese new immigrants and interntional students are landing in Montreal, the apartments are very tight in convenient area.

But there are some luxury apartments maybe available around that area. 1&1/2 costs more than $500.
