I have given up my plan since “枫华书店”（“华侨新报”报社）organizing people to Ottawa for renewing passport on Aug 24. The total charge ($65) is acceptable, I think. I would like to join their group.

They(Feng Hua bookstore) charged $53 last time and This time $65. I think it is more expensive.
It is a good idea if several people rent a car and share the fee. I am going to do it on September 3.
