I have been using hot water to cook for 3 yrs.!!!
3 y+ `9 ~5 E, a6 x' W6 hI only discovered hot water is not suitable for cook today.

Does there exist any proof or some explaination about the usage of hot water, some official or published articals.

Please don't try hot water,if don't want to die faster.
Cold water, it depends.I drink cold water even in China, nothing is wrong with me .
