我是个成都人，因为我出生在成都，也长在成都。我父母都是重庆人，我哥哥出生在重庆，我对于两地都还是比较了解的。
听妈妈说她第一次从重庆来成都的时候觉得成都很土，楼房都没有。这也是事实，以前重庆市陪都啊，工业基础好。
但是后来妈妈回重庆觉得发展没有成都好，可能成都是省会的原因吧。中国的首都就是一个例子，它是工业、政治、文化、军事、经济.........中心。我不喜欢这种模式。
其实成都和重庆最好能够发展在一个程度上，这样才能够对中国的西部有所贡献。

I really can not understand why that person says Chong Qing is better than ChengDu. If you look at the rocky city view of Chong Qing, you will tell which city is better immediately.

Besides the lousy hot summer drives people out of there.

In the latest issue of Time magazine,ChengDu was named  the fourth biggest city in China.

On the other hand, ChengDu has more High Tech firms and
universities than ChongQing has.

Additionally, ChengDu is one of the best place to live among Chinese major cities.

Hence, stop arguing that ChongQing is better than ChengDu.
