Position: Customer Service Engineer - China Office
Location: China
18-months training at the Montreal head office
Tasks:
Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance services
Be able to conduct technical training to users
Handle all types of customer technical inquiry
Assist sales to attain customer satisfaction and increase sales volumes in China
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, engineering background
Knowledge/Languages:
Good background & knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering
Good command of written & verbal English
Experience:
3+ years working experience, preferably in large generator maintenance field
Sales experience would be a plus
Capabilities:
Strong trouble-shooting and analysis skills
Strong Communication skills
Willing to travel frequently，ability to stay on site for several weeks in a row
Computer-literate
