How to apply a position in IBM:
To reach Global Opportunity Marketplace (Global OM), use the following link https://jobs3.netmedia1.com/cp/search.jsp
1 Register new account via Global OM
2 Access Global OM using your email ID and Password
3 On reaching the "Jobs at IBM" page
4 Opt for a "Keyword search" on skills or do a search on the "Job code" listed below OR opt for "Advanced Search" and enter the "Job Code' in the "Job ID" Window.
5 Select Job code to get the detailed JD
6 Complete the profile in the page and upload the resume, then "Submit" it
7 Only when you submit your duly completed form, will the HR team be able to screen the resume
