One year ago, someone put an ad similar yours. Once registering, they give you 10 dollars right way, but whenever click one ad, they will just pay 2 cents. "Hits4Pay". Then suddenly they stopped sending ads.
Right now, I am wondering if your ad is the same as what I mentioned "Hits4Pay".
