to my knowledge, The only edible rose oil is The top grade Rose Otto from Hungary....more expensive than gold!!!

i think your friend meant "evening prime rose" oil---it bears some features you mentioned...

you cna get it at phamaprix or jean coutu..around 10 bucks/bottle

说实话，我很长一段时间不用精油保养了（长时间在皮肤上停留），只用来卸装，按摩，和熏香。如果你是BEGINNER，你可以在网上获得很多配方, also这里有相关讨论区研究心得--想要驱除痘疤,美白皮肤的jjmms看过来~~

个人觉得精油在改善肤质方面并无奇效，就象PLACEBO，多作用于心理。其实会用到精油美颜的人，多在其他方面也开始注重保养，比如饮食作息等等都讲究起来了。所以这是一个HOLISTIC EFFECT，不一定是精油的单独作用。但精油通过嗅觉作用对舒缓压力，调节情绪是有帮助的，我就更相信它的这种功能。

很难推荐你什么油好，肤质不同，精油品质不同，配方不同，使用效果会大相径庭。以前我爱用ROSE，JASMIN，NEROLI ， GERMAN CAMOMILE这些贵油镇静保湿（我的皮肤中性略有些敏感），自己觉得好得不得了，过了兴奋点，嫌麻烦后，不用，皮肤也一样好好的，就开始怀疑起来，而且觉得花费不薄，就不再坚持了。

卸装我长期用JOJOBA + CASTOR （1：2）。按摩用质地清滑的CARRIER LIKE SUNFLOWER / LINDEN + LAVANDE / CAMOMILE （镇敏消炎）或 ROSE HIP / ROSE （保湿）或 CYPRUS / JUNIPERBERRY （消水肿）（15：1）。这些是几年用下来功效稳定无任何不适的方子。偶尔用一些朋友推荐的新配方，不觉有殊效。所以一切因人而异。
今日有闲，多说了几句。。

u should not take essential oil in except when it is directed by professionals. its dangerous to take them in just like that without consultation, it will probably hurt your whole body system....

which jean coutu and pharamrix did u get that^? i m still looking for rose oil and i dnt find any!!

evening prime rose (月见草）oil is not the essential rose oil you want

it's like VE, stored in capsules, but it can be used as base oil (too expansive for base, though ) and has some positive effects on premature skin

it was a quite popular health complement in Japan and Taiwan couple of years ago....but just like any fad, u know...

overdose will increase the estrogen level, so should consume with caution

well, i dont think u can get high qlty rose oil here,,, most boutiques (Bon Sante at Atwater mall, or the ones at Eaton center) carry local brands with poor package... and normally there is no tester available...

i usually shop online to get expensive essential oil, or ask friends abroad do me a favor.

The following companies offer reliable hi qlty oils:
British (Norfolk , Tisserand ), German (Osdahi), Australian (Jurlique)

now im just using some local brands that i got from pharmacy to start with.
later if i study more about essential oils, then i ll buy the more expensive ones
