Job Description

We are a car dealership group company, who iscurrently looking for an accountant. The accountant will be responsible for theaccounting of two companies of the group.

The accountant will be responsible for:

· Bookkeeping for various accounts

· Reconcile ledger accounts on a monthly basis withthe necessary documents

· Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis

· Prepare and record all required journal entries

· Prepare and file GST and QST reports

· Prepare monthly reports for bank

· Prepare the annual financial statements

· Prepare required documents for year-end audit

· Prepare company tax returns (asset)

Requirements:

Essential: Experience 2 years. Work experience incar dealership is an asset

Knowledge and skills:

Essential: Simply Accounting, Excel, Word, Outlook,Tax prep (asset)

Important: Autonomy

Important: Ability to work under pressure

Important: Ability to work in team

Important: Fluent in English
