Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Location: Montreal

Job Types: Full-time

Start Date: March 1, 2021

Job Descriptions:

· Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies; review current HR programs and policies within the business unit and propose solutions;

· Provide advice and counsel to members of the management team and associates related to the application of corporate policies and programs, and applicable employment laws and regulations;

· Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts, in line with the company’s diversity and recruitment programs and procedures, to attract quality candidates;

· Assist in planning, coordinating, and communicating activities, functions or programs designed to increase associate engagement such as company events and activities, associate recognition programs, associate surveys, training programs, and so forth; promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;

· Administer compensation and benefit plans;

· Prepare necessary documentation and participate in meetings as required.

Requirements:

· Bilingualism: Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) is required;

· Experience: Human Resources (preferred);

· Interpersonal Skill: Excellent relational and interpersonal skills;

· Intermediate Skill: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
