I am looking for someone who has the RBQ licence, and has the right to sign the contract. As you know, if I signed the contract with someone without the licence or doesn't have the right one, the contractor will get a fine and I will get a fine also . I do not want to take the chance.
For commercial work ,the boss should have the RBQ licence, and the workers should have the CCQ Cards; for the residential work,the workers can work without having the CCQ cards, but the boss must have RBQ licence, that's for sure.
Do you have the right to sign the contract without taking a chance to get a fine?
And what is your company's licence please?
