工作内容：
-策划和指导食物准备和烹饪内容
-计划食物的采购
-监督和管理厨房的工作
-确保供应的食物质量与公司要求一致
-遵从食物营养和卫生规章标准
-训练和管理厨房工作人员
-向餐馆经理汇报
要求：
-烹饪的文凭或者一年的行政主厨的工作经验
-火锅类的餐饮经验优先
-体力要求能够负荷较长时间的工作班次
-语言要求: 英文是必须。能与其他员工用中文交流者优先

Executive Chef
Little sheep Mongolian hot pot is looking for an executive chef for its Chinatown Montreal location.
Full-time permanent work
Location: Montreal, Qc, Canada

# E, C% V" e9 X5 U# a* W: @
Job Description:
-Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
-Estimating food requirements and food costs
-Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
-Ensure that food quality is coherent with company standards
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations / safety standards
-Train and manage kitchen staff
-Report to supervisor/restaurant manager

Requirements:
-Minimum degree in culinary science or 1 year Experience working as an executive chef
-Experience working in a hot pot or similar style restaurant is an asset
-Physically demanding work, ability to stand for extended periods of time
-Language: English is a requirement. Mandarin an important asset in order to communicate effectively with rest of staff
