Job description:
Prepare bank loan reporting documents.1 m3 Q0 I7 I( x3 n# x' n" n; i2 m
Prepare account receivable data and recommend effective resolutions.( k! ]) f7 u; D8 o; ]* @
Prepare account and financial documents for bank loan request.) H, t* y6 J5 M
Import and export trading financial management such as regular letter of credit, standby letter of credit management. 3 N6 P$ n9 R6 T& }
Inventory management back up and inventory receiving and report back up. ; m) e3 l* C% h6 ~0 m5 v6 [
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion. , {8 L. i% s: Z# [8 V0 Z% h
Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.; S/ C: ]9 G3 U6 w7 i$ D
Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures. 5 l* J' c" g$ _- N; }) F3 ^9 }

An accounting Post-secondaryeducation in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of AR andInventory management relevant experience and responsibility with a full set ofaccounting records or an accounting diploma, or equivalent
Strong International businesstrading financial knowledge with good communicate skill with financial institution
Possess good understanding ofaccounting principles and possess basic accounting skills
Strong computer skills especially inMS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of accountingsoftware, like Acomba, Sage or ERP system, GP
Speak Fluently French and English,Mandarin is an asset

Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and ability to meetdeadlines
Strong interpersonal skills,professional manner and ability to work in a team environment
