The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. 6 ^7 o% D+ ]6 Q* i
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file, f" v, f" d. u6 k
Ensure all client special instructions are followed : W% b5 r, f& J+ |2 ~# c
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work0 s+ S( K% T: v
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status& } X( g5 Y# p3 X: `( Q: k
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status- d, d2 {/ c# j- _3 y, m" o
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. ) X/ y: Q. G7 m; X
Follow up on client’s reports+ i3 `" `/ D4 P" a& G8 J
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents7 N. }7 s* u( H4 d1 K8 `
Maintain customer profiles 4 S' U& \% M. O9 C. S

Minimum 3 years related experience; / A& p7 z0 b6 |% S( t. E
Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset 2 N* P9 h+ x& S S& y% s# ~$ U
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)0 y& k' e/ h/ g( R6 }
Strong customer service skills* s/ P+ Q! U5 {
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines% M h; c' W: V l
