The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. $ A! d3 m, F Y0 |7 C
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file * j5 \8 [+ F) G, {1 j
Ensure all client special instructions are followed0 n& p5 z; U t$ E! s) c
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work$ ]. S3 [! N- i; k; z4 u
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status0 f/ x e7 k! q u- ~3 K) I$ f
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status 4 [3 n: {5 v; `+ t2 k5 ]1 r' l0 q9 a
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner.. g5 I- k) Q- ~2 N5 q2 ]5 K
Follow up on client’s reports, A' c6 b, n) ?( ]' M
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents7 a4 W& Z1 r# W5 Y9 A4 c: V- y
Maintain customer profiles / `2 D6 p: a2 I; ^
Desired Skills and Experience ' c) p* {9 G1 Q0 E2 b1 c

Minimum 3 years related experience;. u. W! k: @) S/ o W
Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset ) ^& Z$ \; A3 C' S
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) & b- [, n" l8 n. O$ n
Strong customer service skills ( d8 U7 b, s n# w+ t+ ^) x$ F
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines + p% x; U. r6 b- G
