The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing.- I, x% u! Y6 T2 i
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file+ ?& E# `& G0 N) I+ L# W
Ensure all client special instructions are followed( ~5 f; ?4 l; d! L
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work7 O6 i6 G% ~5 l; W+ U
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status $ s, x, K1 r5 [
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status& u* r% n3 {2 W, ~, L
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner.$ A `8 E1 V+ W- d* t3 B: N9 R
Follow up on client’s reports - G- A' u: Y7 S1 F* ]; z
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents% q1 z- [- r K
Maintain customer profiles8 K; U: v7 P6 k
