3 e& o! }- f  DThe ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PL environment;

• Coordinate     all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of     Lading and billing.
  
• Review     all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to     open file
  * w: S" p* v2 w# F) g) @6 ~
• Ensure     all client special instructions are followed
  1 U% p5 M  C& F
• Assist     other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work
  
• Maintain     effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding     shipment status
  , V) V0 ^3 B" M! \( [* l1 L
• Tracking     status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping     clients/agents advised of status
  
• Ensure     shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs     brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner.

• Follow     up on client’s reports
  
• Perform     billing function including preparing client invoice and all required     support documents

• Maintain     customer profiles

• Minimum     1 years related experience;
  + D2 A6 h9 |7 D' q1 c
• Experience     handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset
  4 u: n4 q3 w) H+ d- j* Z7 c! F
• Excellent     communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
  ! @0 ]2 j3 V& ^, ]& _
• Strong     customer service skills
  
• Strong     organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  
• Team     Player
  ' `8 i5 C) U7 d7 ?6 v+ u5 U) z
• Strong     computer skills
• Fluent in English and French, speak Mandarin will be an asset
