# i4 }1 A/ M- R$ @# m6 T The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PL environment;9 Y4 w* z( g' j( t2 E3 ^
) {( Y& J3 R2 p* t9 x4 K
Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. m( z, u4 N, W6 j4 d" J6 R
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file* z% r5 g1 x5 u: m2 z6 ?, C. v$ O
Ensure all client special instructions are followed . |! s1 A2 u3 }1 p
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work % \5 S3 s/ [$ x
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status 5 c7 A3 I! A- i) _$ Z
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status3 \2 \' Q: X( m: {2 Z( L% _4 h
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner.0 J* H# a, R: }
Follow up on client’s reports5 V! p. _+ P3 V3 F; T
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents 5 O4 |4 ~, I4 T1 _! s7 h$ z% ?
Maintain customer profiles" g K- p. q' F0 S" F; j* r) L7 y& e

Strong customer service skills ; U1 O* z4 e; q: M3 n* h

Strong computer skills
