Job Description: SalesManager - Machineries and Parts
This individual will develop andbuild profitable (“Win-Win”) long-term relationships with new and existingcustomers.  Leverage these relationships to increase market share andprofitability within an assigned territory, while promoting all aspects of TQCEquipment Inc. in a professional manner.

General Requirements:
·        You want to be part of a “result driven” sales force;
·        You enjoy working with and being immersed in othercultural / company environments;
·        You’re organized, efficient , autonomous and ability to work with a minimumof supervision;
·        You are results-driven and have the ability to close deals;
·        Engagement and integrity are your shared values;
Responsibilitiesinclude:
·        Develop and be accountable for annual sales budget andmonthly forecasts;
·        Sell equipment, parts, and service as a customersolution and build long term relationships within their territory to maximizecustomer and company profitability;
·        Provides innovative and value added solutions to customer for their equipmentand spare-parts needs and their business problems;
·        Follows-up on all sale leads, provide instructions, answer questions andprepare quotes as needed;
·        You will conduct market research, prepare monthly market report and developmarket plans;
·        You will prospect for new business, develop and maintain currentrelationships with dealers by providing a level of customer service thatmatches the product range;
·        You will provide after service to dealers;
·        You will organize, prepare and attend sales events andtradeshows;
·        Maintain a positive and professional workingrelationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constantcommitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Job Qualifications:
·        Basic machinery and mechanical knowledge
·        Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in aconstruction equipment or technically oriented environment.
·        Must be fluently both in French and English.
·        Extensive network in relevant industries
·        Solidcommunication and relationship building skills
·        Experience with MicrosoftOffice
·        Master CAD Drawing ispreferred
·        Bachelordegree is preferred.
·        Experiencein selling and/or using heavy equipment is a preferred
·        Clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:
Remuneration is a combination of basic salary plus commission.
