Under the authority of the Public Services Director, the Rendez-vous Supervisor is responsible to supervise the waiters and dishwashers, to provide outstanding customer service to customers who purchased VIP tickets, giving them access to a buffet. + `* N+ Q$ h9 s* q0 O

• Supervise local employees in the set-up and tear down of the Rendez-vous tent; 9 A/ [* i' `/ u- P" z/ B: b( s0 ^: O5 u• Ensure ethical conduct and adherence to dress code; % V' ?1 u( O5 Z8 g3 O$ g4 j3 W• Ensure that employee gives good customer service to clients; ' p1 \! N( t) ~6 Z' C
• Comply with hygiene and safety rules; 1 b5 f! J5 O1 a6 S• Enhance the client experience by ensuring efficiency, cleanliness of VIP areas, security and customer service; 0 {) l3 c$ L3 i6 y0 k" z3 T9 U• Help with set up and tear down of the tour installations; 4 U% U4 F) I" C• Perform manual work associated with site installations; 6 ^- |; j8 v" v; E( I• Resolve any conflict or crisis occurring with clients and related to customer service; 0 T2 c' _2 ? • Be on call for special events, during rehearsals and training, as well as for training and evening performances. $ k8 q( ?: e: h9 T1 h: X
! d+ P' e( H( p- U P4 W* o; VREQUIREMENTS : b: b1 R; {2 s• Experience in a similar position; # T' S+ }) C! `0 A' R9 c• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English is essential; 7 k/ [9 A) O" s2 d) I% c. \% o• Experience with a production on tour and/or in the tourism industry would be a considerable asset; 5 z$ h3 Y* r. Q0 M0 J) p• Ability to give good customer service; , G; X$ H; ^9 c
