• Supervise local employees in the set-up and tear down of the Rendez-vous tent; ! G; S/ I' p$ s, @* l" k7 S• Ensure ethical conduct and adherence to dress code; 0 g. q x: I: @
• Ensure that employee gives good customer service to clients; 2 ?$ r1 C9 i" O0 C/ N3 Q: @2 H• Comply with hygiene and safety rules; : p8 v- r- g0 o) Z, ^
• Enhance the client experience by ensuring efficiency, cleanliness of VIP areas, security and customer service; ; R4 i S' ? o$ \
• Help with set up and tear down of the tour installations; 7 F1 z/ ]) c+ z: }& Y( x& ?' o• Perform manual work associated with site installations; . O$ Q" P- S. ]- o/ D4 p0 b• Resolve any conflict or crisis occurring with clients and related to customer service; # `; P8 B+ a! t+ X: n7 G& l* t
• Be on call for special events, during rehearsals and training, as well as for training and evening performances. ; ^" ^2 J7 p- B, }% e% |- A 6 D. z3 B R( xREQUIREMENTS . I) M2 l& Z2 R. w• Experience in a similar position; ! z# ?* G( F6 M4 v9 z/ F$ w2 j- \# h• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English is essential; ' ]) o& `$ v" B- x2 ~! I6 \ x
• Experience with a production on tour and/or in the tourism industry would be a considerable asset; j7 j! r' J9 h3 _# t% y

• Must be highly organized and autonomous; + z- v6 c8 l+ v; z6 e2 W
