CIK Telecom is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Canada, offering High Speed Internet, Digital Home Phone and IPTV. CIK is registered as a licensed carrier with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission) since 2003. CIK headquarters is located in Toronto and has offices in Montreal, Vancouver, and overseas. We are looking for friendly, responsible, enthusiastic, dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Technical Support team.

Job Description: Help customers on ADSL, Cable, IP Phone and IP TV over the phone, help customers to test/configure DSL/Cable modem, ATA and STB in office, in-site visit if required

Requirements: Fluent English, Mandarin and French, experience in networking and computers required, car and driver license required.
