标题: Bilingual property manager
Our companyhas several buildings. We recruit one person as Property Manager. The employeecan have company insurance after three-month trial period.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the rental contract, rent Roll
• Collect rent
• Reply tenant`s requests
• Building maintenance and repair
• Organize the renovation
• Communicate with Régie du Logement

Requirements:

; [6 l2 W7 ~4 J8 k

• Experience in property management
• Ability to write lease documents and check tenant`s credibility
• Ability to resolve tenant’s issue
• Well know Régie du Logement `s procedure
• Be good at hand work
• Good timing and priority management
• Driving license valid
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Speak French and English, Mandarin (Asset)
