$1635的Notary费合理吗?

我买了一个小Condo新房,后天去见notary, 今天收到Notary的email,说我要交1635$的Notary费,另外再加233$的Adjustment Tax,我问1635$包括哪些?他回答是Registration fee 225$,notary fee 1250$,剩下的是tax。我就不明白了,怎么又有registration fee, 又有tax, 还要另外加adjustment tax?
请问这个律师费收费合理吗?如果不接受这个律师费,有什么办法吗?

因为是新Condo,签定购房合同时是开发商指定的,不知道当初是不是上了开发商的当?而且,当时的开发商销售代理明确说过Notary fee 是1150$,现在那个代理推脱说自己没有说过。我们也咨询了其他购新房的中国人,Notary费一般为1000$到1300$,但没有像这个Notary那么高的。总觉得很冤。这里把这个律师公布一下:

Notary fee 在1200$左右基本正常,Tax也是应该有的,其它的费用就不清楚了。一般收费是应该有一个行业标准的(范围)。你可以去律师协会问一下收费标准。

Adjustment tax is the difference of Municipal tax and school tax. For eg,if you buy house in July, the previous owner had already paid this year's municipal tax and school tax. so you need to give him back the rest amount of this year ( Total - amount from April to July).This is the adjustment tax. But I am not sure about the new condo.

And I do not think you can change another notary. Because he had spent some timepreparing the documents. The bank and insurance company already sent him the agreement.

口说无凭,必须立字据-------在这里,不管办什么事情,请不要忘记。
这样的教训太多太多了,
就当交学费吧。
