It depends, if you are do not care about money, go with Bell and Videotron.

Most of our collegues goes with Electronic box, most of our chinese ended up with either Altima and CIK, a little cheaper and unlimited, and compaints.

I have been all these companies, service comes with prices. The more you pay, the faster you got.
