Altima is a ugly company: They seduced me by hiding some fee; also different workers talked very different, like from different companies; even one person talked contradictory to herself from the beginning to the end.

One word, crazy for money without basic ethical standard. I used CIK, I did not feel good about CIK, but Altimal was much worse to the point being ugly

Here was what happened(wasted me a lot of time)

Promotion 39.95 per month was free installation for monthly payment. I opened account, and was ready to pay. They suddenly said installation would be charged if I canceled their service within one year, which was not mentioned before I made decision to use them. I called them today again, one woman spoke deceitful tone. Also, she said the price was 42.  I showed her evidence in invoice, then she said it was 39.95.  She said 10 dollar per month would be charged if the service was cancelled within one month. I asked her why her way to punish the customer was different from her other colleague. Then, she combined her way and the way of her colleague(ie punish the installation fee) to punish the customer. Finally, she still wanted to charge the installation fee again at the beginning(This proved this woman does not have ethical standard but also is stupid)
