请高人指点：对不负责任的aeroplan该怎么办呢？

aeroplan最近发了给通知给我，说要我去earn或者redeem我的里程数以保持卡的active状态，否则到5月底我的积分就过期了。我这两天准备去earn一下，没想到登录公司网站后发现里程数变0啦。打电话去问，那个representative说通知上出错了，应该是4月底到期，所以我的已经作为过期处理了。我说，你们出错怎么算在我头上啊？她说，就这样，没办法啦。
他们的客户发生问题都是通过打电话由representative解决的，没有别的途径交涉。请问，我该怎么办？？？自认倒霉还是给他们广为宣传一下？
