If your card has been lost, stolen, destroyed or was never received, you should contact the PR Card Call Centre (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/call.html#prcard) immediately.

The Call Centre can help you with questions about any in-Canada processes. For questions about overseas applications, please contact your local visa office (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/offices/apply-where.html).
