提前十几天结束3年合同被ROGERS 收CANCLE费100刀。

我2008年签的合同,今年10月上旬到期。我不想续合同,想保留号码转到另外一间公司。按ROGERS的要求提前30天通知,1 提前大概19天打电话问,现在是不是可以告诉你们我不再续合同,要不要收CANCLE费用。电话服务说可以,而且不用收费。我就CANCLE了。今天收到最后一张帐单:100刀CANCLE的费用。
我立刻打电话给ROGESR,人家口气很硬。说是CANCLE费是一定要收的。我的合同上明明写着,提前CANCLE,收取100刀或者20刀*剩下来的月份数。被客服解释为:起码收100刀,再另加上剩下的月份*20。
我不想冤枉付这笔钱,请问可以去哪里投诉?

打电话给客服,第一次没结果。第二次再打,100刀CANCLE费已经取消。

祝贺你!比我运气好多了(多伦多那家所谓的中国网络电话公司的恶名我就不提了)。我与这家公司的合同6月30日到期,按合同规定期限我打电话到客服,表示到期后不再续约的意向,回复说合同还没到期,要我到6月30日到期日打电话申请。可30号当天再电话,客服又说我得支付他们7月份的话费和网费,即使我一天也不用。明火执仗地敲诈!我不在乎损失点儿钱,可现在想起这事儿还感到窝火。

you are luckier than me. i transferred my Telus cell # to another company only 2 days before the contract day Jun. 2011 (it's my fault because I remember the date wrong). i was charged 100$. I called to complain but nothing changed (they told me even if just 1 second different than the contract time I would have to pay that $100).

I will not deal with Telus anymore.
Rogers is better, i've been with rogers about 10yrs.

第一次打电话,根本不理我,说必须收我100刀。我研究合同后,觉得对方是无理的,于是写邮件投诉,再加上向消费者协会投诉。过几天再打电话,人家让我在线等了几分钟,估计是查资料去了,回头就告诉我取消了。
