Telecom - local Technical Support

Telecom company is looking for friendly, responsible, enthusiastic, dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our local Technical Support team.Responsibilities:
[*]Support and troubleshoot VoIP, Cable/DSL internet and IPTV systems
[*]Develop a strong understanding of company products and procedures
[*]Strong customer service and analytical skills
[*]Communicate with customers to solve technical issues
[*]Assist other departments to follow up any customer issues
[*]Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadline
[*]Configure DSL/ Cable Modem, and be familiar with Modems performance
[*]Identify all kinds of VoIP, DSL, Cable & IPTV issues, provide solution to customer


Qualifications:
[*]Professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills
[*]Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
[*]Possess a solid work ethic, organized and a multi-tasker
[*]Knowledge and comfort with computer and associated operating systems
[*]Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols
[*]Electronic background and ability to distinguish color code wires
[*]Knowledge of circuit switches and twisted pair cables
[*]English/French (written & verbal)
